By using Spaxio Assistant, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Use of the service
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. You are responsible for the content you and your visitors submit through the assistant and for configuring the widget in accordance with applicable laws.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or transmit harmful or abusive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spaxio and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
